To avail any proposition Sapphire members have to follow the below mentioned terms & Conditions:

  • A minimum 1 year of banking relationship with required average annual balance must be maintained to be eligible for the Sapphire welcome offers. If the average annual balance is not maintained, the offers will no longer be available for the Sapphire member.
  • After maintaining the average annual balance on the first year, Sapphire member will have 06 (six) months to request for availing the welcome offers. Written acknowledgment by the customer must be submitted.
  • The travel and health packages will expire after 06 (six) months from eligibility date if no request is generated. The request to avail the offer must be confirmed to wealth manager before the date of expiry. The confirmation for the travel packages must be given minimum 3 months prior to the travel date. For availing health package a confirmation must be given minimum 15 working days prior to the appointment.
  • Copy of the Sapphire member’s passport with a validity of minimum 6 months must be submitted.
  • Valid Visa of the destination country must be obtained 2-3 weeks prior to the travel date for Travel/Health packages.
  • Visa processing must be managed by the Sapphire member. Bank will not be responsible for any visa processing.
  • To avail the executive health screening, the Sapphire member will have to present the voucher and letter issued by Parkway (Bangladesh) at Mount Elizabeth Hospital counter and will receive the executive health screening by paying on their own. Later, upon submitting the bill copies, Bank will reimburse the applicable amount in the Sapphire member’s City Bank BDT account within 15 working days.
  • Sapphire member must inform the wealth manager about any change, cancellation or amendment of the welcome offer 45 days prior to the travel date. Change, amendment, cancellation are subject to airline and hotel policy
  • The offer for air ticket or hotel booking will not be valid on ‘blackout days’: Valentine’s Day, Chinese New year, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Air ticket or hotel booking is subject to airline and hotel policy.
  • Bank will not be liable for travel related issues of any additional companion.
  • Charges arising from any change or upgrade in air tickets or hotel room room booking will have to be borne by the Sapphire member. Bank will only provide the cost of the offered package.
  • The offers are nontransferable and nonrefundable under all circumstances.
  • Welcome offers can only be used once.
  • City Bank reserves the right to change, cancel or amend the welcome offers without any prior notice.
