Allow us to give you a lift to the airport or have us arrange to pick you up from there. Whatever the case, awkward departure and arrival times can make use of your personal transport bothersome. Even if you’ve just arrived from Chittagong on business for a day, feel free to ask for a limo to receive you at the domestic terminal. Terms & Conditions

Airport Transfer service request will have to be placed by 3 PM of the previous working day. For example, if a service is required on 2nd February, the service request will have to be placed within 3 PM of 1st February. If the service date is on a holiday, the service request will have to be placed by 3 PM of the last working day prior to the service date.

• You are required to provide your itinerary or ticket copy with the service request.
• During departure, maximum waiting time for complimentary Airport Transfer Service is 30 minutes.
• The Service is non-transferable.
• Customers maintaining an average yearly balance of BDT 5 million (Tk. 50 lac) or above in Current/Savings account can avail complimentary International Airport Pick & Drop service once in a year on selected countries.

Airport Meet & Assist

Enjoy a more hassle-free travel experience, with special amenities at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Our personnel will take care of your luggage and ease you through the check-in formalities, so that your travel experience is the smoothest possible.

Departure: Be greeted at the main terminal building gates and hand your luggage over. Our personnel will then help you through luggage scanning and check-in formalities.

Arrival: After you exit the immigration area, our personnel will collect the luggage for you, accompany you through customs and escort you to the car parking lot.

Terms & Conditions

• Airport Meet and Assist service request will have to be placed by 3 PM of the previous working day. • Airport Meet and Assist service is complimentary for 2 adults and children below 12 years.
• The Service is non-transferable.
